Mathtacular maintains our customers' privacy to the highest degree possible. Both on and off-line, we use whatever information we collect solely to fulfill our obligations to you as a customer, and to improve our services in the future. We share no information with any outside agencies or persons whatsoever except on a strict "need to know" basis to fulfill our legal and moral obligations to you, our customer. You May Change or Correct Your Information at Any Time. In every email we send to you, we include unsubscribe directions as a part of that email. If you wish to unsubscribe from any email list we send to you, please use the instructions in the email you received. You may also send us an email, addressed to support@avyx.com , with instructions to unsubscribe you from a particular address list or all lists. You may contact us at any time if you want to either remove your information from our web database, correct the information we maintain, or request that we no longer contact you.

We are Committed to Security

We have advanced security to ensure only authorized persons can access our customer information. Also, we do not store any payment information, as our checkout is processed via Authorize.net. 

We Collect Minimal Information

We will ask you when you register to choose whether or not you would like to receive e-mail updates about Mathtacular's products and services and we will honor your choices. However, we reserve the right to e-mail you on rare occasions when we think it is important concerning an order you have placed or other specific instances. Depending on what you do and where you go on our website, we may collect the personal information to fulfill your order with us and request feedback on your experience with our products and services.

• Answering Your Questions: We use return email addresses to answer the email inquiries we receive. We do not share email addresses with outside parties. We store these addresses as part of your customer record.
• Website Improvements: In order to improve our website's design and solve problems, we compile information from the general activities of our website visitors. The compiled information is usually anonymous unless we are using certain diagnostic tools to track and resolve order problems, then the information is not anonymous. We do not share this information with others except Avyx staff members or contracted services.
• Customer Surveys: we occasionally ask our customers to participate in a survey to better serve you. We may ask for contact information (such as your email address), demographic information (such as your zip code, Internet use patterns, age of children, etc.), and preferences regarding service and/or products. We use information from our surveys to improve our understanding of your general needs and, upon occasion, to send you specific information about our company. We may contact you after a survey either to make sure the information is accurate or to answer any questions collected from the survey.

Some Technical Details About The Information We Collect

• We use your Internet Protocol (IP) address (a numeric address that only computers read) to help us track your shopping cart when you order online. If necessary, the IP address could show us where you are in the website. In general, we do not link your IP address to anything that personally identifies you. However, when problems arise, certain of our diagnostic tools do link your IP address to your information. We don't share this information outside of Avyx.
